Three things I tell every student I work with. They sound simple — that's kind of the point.
Here's my favorite test: try explaining the concept out loud, in simple words, like you're teaching it to a friend. If you can, you actually know it. If you get stuck — good news, you just found exactly where to focus.
Twenty-five focused minutes beat three zoned-out hours, every time. Short bursts, real breaks, then repeat. Your brain holds onto what it studies in pieces way better than what gets dumped on it all at once.
